Service 02
Social media marketing
Look established, stay visible, without it eating your week.
People check your social accounts before they buy, and an account last posted to eight months ago costs you more than no account at all. This service keeps yours consistent and professional so you look like a business that is still trading, without it becoming your second job.
People check social before they buy, and an account last posted to in March costs you more than no account at all. We keep it consistent and professional.
What this helps with
- Credibility with people checking you out before they call
- Staying active without it becoming your second job
- Turning followers into customers over time
What you get
- A posting rhythm you can actually sustain, agreed up front rather than promised and missed
- Posts written and scheduled for you, in your voice, not stock captions
- Profiles filled in properly: hours, location, services, links that work
- Replies and comments watched, with anything that needs you passed straight to you
- A simple content bank so a quiet week does not become a gap
- Accounts that stay in your name and your ownership throughout
Best suited to
Local brands and service businesses that need to look active
How it runs
What actually happens
-
01
Audit the accounts
We look at what you have, what is abandoned, what is claimed by somebody who has left, and what a customer sees when they check you out. Half of this work is usually tidying rather than posting.
-
02
Agree the rhythm
Two posts a week you keep to beats five you abandon in a month. We set a cadence against what your business can actually feed us, and write to that.
-
03
Write and schedule
Posts are drafted ahead, sent to you, and scheduled once you are happy. You see everything before it goes out until you tell us you would rather not.
-
04
Watch and report
We monitor comments and messages, pass anything that needs a human to you, and report monthly on what moved and what did not.
What we need from you
- Access to the accounts you already have, as an admin invite rather than a shared password.
- Photos from the actual business. Stock imagery is obvious to your customers and it undoes the point of the exercise.
- A rough steer on what is coming up: an offer, a new service, a busy season, a hire.
- Somebody who can answer a question within a day when a comment needs a real reply from the business.
How it is measured
- Whether the posting rhythm was actually kept
- Messages and enquiries that arrived through social rather than follower counts
- Profile visits and clicks through to the website
- Which posts brought people to the site, so the next month leans that way
What it costs
This is included in the monthly plans, which start at $149 a month and run to $599, or it can be bought on its own if a plan is more than you need. Every plan carries web hosting, professional email, custom domain name, ssl certificate and on-page seo. Nothing is tied to a contract, so you can stop at the end of any month and the work already paid for is finished and handed over regardless. The full breakdown, including what each tier adds, is on the pricing page.
What this is not
This is not influencer marketing, and it is not a promise of viral reach. It is the steady, unglamorous work of looking established to somebody who is checking whether you are worth calling.
What it works with
- Paid advertising The same posts, put behind a budget, reach people who have never heard of you rather than only the ones already following.
- Website design & development Social sends people somewhere. If that somewhere is slow or unclear, the attention is spent and nothing comes of it.

Common questions
The ones your customers check, which for most local service businesses is one or two rather than five. Spreading thin across every platform is how accounts end up abandoned, and an abandoned account is worse than none.
You do. We work inside accounts registered to you, and if we stop working together you keep them with nothing removed. We will never ask you to hand over ownership of a profile to us.
At the start, yes, and that is deliberate. Once the voice is right most clients move to a monthly review instead, but you can keep approving every post for as long as you want to.
No. Everything is month to month and you can stop at the end of any month. Work already paid for is finished and handed over either way.
Two separate things. Your ad budget is billed directly to your card by Google or Meta — it never passes through us and is never marked up. Our management fee for building and optimising the campaigns is 20% of monthly ad spend, with a $500 a month minimum spend, invoiced separately from your plan.
What changed, what it produced, and what we are doing next — in plain language. Calls and enquiries, not impressions.
