Privacy Policy
Effective 1 January 2026.
This policy explains what 99 MPH, a registered DBA of ACHYUTM, LLC (“99 MPH”) collects when you use 99-mph.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you contact us. Your name, email, phone number, business name and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the enquiry. Nothing else.
When you buy something. Payment is handled by Stripe, who collect your card details directly — we never see or store a card number. Stripe passes us your name, email, billing address and phone so we can invoice you and deliver the work.
When you use one of the free tools. We record the domain name you entered, which tool you used, the date, and a two-letter country code. That is the whole record. We do not store your IP address, your browser, or anything that ties one lookup to another or to you. We keep it to see which tools are worth building next, and because a domain somebody checks is often a business we could help. The domains you enter are public information either way, but if you would rather your lookup was not recorded at all, email us and we will remove it.
When you visit. We use Google Analytics to see which pages were read and what people came looking for. It sets a cookie. Where the law requires your permission first — the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland — it does not load until you allow it, and declining takes one click. Everywhere else it loads by default and you can switch it off whenever you like, which also deletes the cookies it set. Either way, if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as a no and never ask. The cookie choice link in the footer changes your answer at any time, nothing on the site behaves differently with analytics off, and we do not use any of it to build advertising audiences or share it with anyone.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Who else touches it
Only processors we need to run the business — hosting, payments, email delivery and analytics. Each is bound to use the data only to provide that service. The current list is on the subprocessors page.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: two years from last contact. Customer and billing records: seven years, because tax law requires it. Analytics: aggregate only, with nothing identifying you. Tool lookups: two years, and they contain no identifier to begin with.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email contact@99-mph.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in California, you have the right to know, delete, correct and to opt out of sale or sharing; we do not sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of. If you are in the UK or EU, the same access, correction, erasure, portability and objection rights apply.
Children
This is a service for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and, for anything significant, tell existing customers by email.
