Accessibility statement
Everyone should be able to use this site — to read it, find a price, and buy or get in touch — whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.
The standard we build to
This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is the standard referred to by the US Department of Justice and by courts when applying the Americans with Disabilities Act to websites. We treat it as the minimum, not the finish line.
What that means on this site
- Text and the edges of form fields, checkboxes and switches meet the WCAG contrast ratios on both the dark pages and the light guide pages.
- Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, including the menus, the plan chooser, the website builder and the payment forms, with a visible focus outline wherever you are.
- A “Skip to content” link is the first thing on every page.
- Menus and dialogs close with Escape and return you to where you were.
- Links inside text are underlined, not marked by colour alone.
- Form fields have labels, and errors say which field needs attention.
- Animation is reduced or switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages work when zoomed and on narrow screens without sideways scrolling, and wide tables can be scrolled by keyboard.
- Fixed bars on phones never cover the field you are typing into.
How we check it
- Automated testing with axe-core against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rules, on our key pages at desktop and phone widths, after changes to the site.
- Manual keyboard testing of navigation, dialogs, the plan chooser, the website builder and the payment forms.
- Contrast measured from the colour values the site actually uses, not estimated.
Automated tools catch only part of what makes a site accessible, so a full review with screen readers is part of our ongoing work rather than something we claim is complete.
Known limitations
Some parts of the experience are provided by other companies, and their accessibility is theirs to maintain:
- Payment pages are hosted by Stripe.
- The bot check on our forms is Cloudflare Turnstile, which usually runs without asking you to do anything.
- Maps on our location pages are from OpenStreetMap and only load when you choose to open them. The address and area are always written in the page as text.
- The Client Hub for existing clients is a separate application and is reviewed separately.
- Client websites shown in our portfolio belong to those clients and are not covered by this statement.
If something does not work for you
Tell us, and we will fix it or get you what you need another way — a price, a quote, or help buying a plan — by email or by phone.

- Call (630) 392-1790 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm Central)
- Or (630) 559-7754, answered 24/7 (may be answered by ai)
It helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using — but none of that is required to get help.
