Local visibility & lead generation
Help nearby customers find you, trust you, and call you.
When somebody nearby searches for what you do, three businesses appear on the map before anything else. Local visibility work is about being one of them: the Google Business Profile, the reviews, the details that have to match everywhere, and the pages on your site that back it all up.
If people search for what you offer and your business does not come up, that is money leaving every day. We fix where you appear and what people see when you do.
What this helps with
- Showing up on Google Maps and in local search
- More calls, directions and enquiries
- Reviews and listings that are accurate everywhere
What you get
- Your Google Business Profile claimed, filled in properly and kept current
- Name, address and phone number made identical everywhere they appear online
- Categories, services and hours set so you show up for the right searches
- A workable way to ask for reviews, and replies to the ones you get
- Photos and posts on the profile, which most businesses set up once and abandon
- Pages on your site that match what the profile claims
Best suited to
Restaurants, salons, clinics, local shops and service businesses
How it runs
What actually happens
-
01
Find where you stand
We check what you rank for on the map today, from the areas you actually serve rather than from wherever we happen to be sitting. Then we look at the businesses beating you and why.
-
02
Fix the details
Mismatched phone numbers, an old address on a directory nobody remembers signing up to, two profiles for one business. This is the single most common reason a legitimate local business does not appear.
-
03
Build the profile out
Categories, services, hours, photos, questions answered. A profile filled in fully outranks one that was claimed and left, and the gap is larger than most owners expect.
-
04
Keep reviews moving
Reviews are the part you cannot shortcut. We set up a way of asking that fits how you actually deal with customers, and reply to what comes in.
What we need from you
- Manager access to your Google Business Profile. You stay the owner and can revoke it at any time.
- Your exact business name, address and phone number in the form you want used everywhere.
- Real photos of the premises, the team or the work, which count for more on a profile than most owners expect.
- A willingness to ask customers for reviews. This is the one part nobody can do for you.
How it is measured
- Whether you appear in the map results, checked from the areas you serve
- Calls, direction requests and website clicks from the profile itself
- Review count and how steadily new ones arrive
- Enquiries that started with a nearby search
What it costs
This is included in the monthly plans, which start at $149 a month and run to $599, or it can be bought on its own if a plan is more than you need. Every plan carries web hosting, professional email, custom domain name, ssl certificate and on-page seo. Nothing is tied to a contract, so you can stop at the end of any month and the work already paid for is finished and handed over regardless. The full breakdown, including what each tier adds, is on the pricing page.
What this is not
We will not build pages for suburbs you do not genuinely serve. Fake location pages are worse than none, they get penalised, and they waste the authority of the pages that are real.
What it works with
- Website design & development The profile sends people to your site, and what they find there decides whether they call. The two are one funnel, not two services.
- Search engine optimisation Local gets you into the map. Broader search work is what gets you found for the things people type without naming a place.
Straight answers
Common questions
Yes, and the profile is set up differently for it. Service-area businesses hide the street address and declare the area covered instead, which is a setting most listings get wrong.
Yes, as a manager rather than an owner. You stay the owner throughout, which means you can remove our access at any time and never risk losing the listing itself.
Only if it breaks Google’s rules, and then only by reporting it. What actually works is replying well and having enough genuine recent reviews that one bad one stops being the first thing anybody reads.
No. Everything is month to month and you can stop at the end of any month. Work already paid for is finished and handed over either way.
Two separate things. Your ad budget is billed directly to your card by Google or Meta — it never passes through us and is never marked up. Our management fee for building and optimising the campaigns is 20% of monthly ad spend, with a $500 a month minimum spend, invoiced separately from your plan.
What changed, what it produced, and what we are doing next — in plain language. Calls and enquiries, not impressions.
