Terms of Service

These terms govern services provided by 99 MPH, a registered DBA of ACHYUTM, LLC (“we”) to you. By buying from us or using 99-mph.com, you accept them.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract, and if you are buying for a business you must be authorised to bind it.

What we provide

Whatever is described on the page you bought from, at the price shown there. Website work includes the rounds of changes stated in that description; anything beyond it is quoted separately before we start.

What we need from you

Content, access and timely answers. Where a deadline depends on something from you, the clock pauses while we wait. We will not hold you to a date you do not control, and we ask the same in return.

Payment and renewal

One-off fees are due before work begins. Recurring fees renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel, and the renewal date and amount are shown at checkout and in your receipts. You can cancel any time from your account area or by emailing us — there is no contract term and no notice period. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period except as set out in the refunds policy.

Late or failed payment

If a payment is more than 30 days overdue we may replace the site with a holding page until the account is settled. We do not delete your site or your data for non-payment.

Ownership

Your domain is always yours, under every plan and whenever you leave. If we bought it for you we transfer it at what we actually paid, with no markup. Third-party accounts we set up are in your name from the start, with us added as a manager.

Anything we make for your social media is yours the moment it is created — images, reels, graphics, posts. No conditions and no waiting period.

The website depends on how you bought it. Ramp is bought outright, so the site is yours from launch. On a monthly plan it is built and hosted on our infrastructure, and ownership of the code and design transfers to you after 12 months, along with all published blog content, at no extra cost. Cancel before then and the build stays with us — it works like a lease, and we would rather say that here than have you discover it later.

We keep ownership of our own underlying tooling and anything we built before this engagement.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the text, images and logos you give us, and you allow us to use them to build and run your site. We would like to show your finished site in our portfolio; tell us if you would rather we did not.

Third-party costs

Advertising spend, domain registration and any paid third-party service are yours, billed to you directly, and never marked up by us. Managing ad campaigns is charged separately at 20% of your monthly ad spend, subject to a minimum ad spend of $500 per month, invoiced on top of your plan.

Liability

We provide the services with reasonable skill and care, but no agency can honestly guarantee a specific number of leads, a revenue figure or a search ranking — results depend on your market and on platforms none of us control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If something goes wrong we would rather talk: either of us can raise it in writing and we give ourselves 30 days to settle it directly. Failing that it goes to a neutral mediator in DuPage County, Illinois, and failing that to binding arbitration there under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Rules. Both of us are agreeing not to jump straight to a lawsuit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version you accepted at checkout is the version that binds your purchase; we record it at the time of payment.
