Service 06
Email & marketing automation
Turn leads into customers, and customers into repeat buyers.
Most businesses stop after the first contact. Follow-up is the cheapest growth available to you, because you have already paid to get these people: an enquiry that went cold, a customer who bought once, a list sitting in an inbox nobody has touched.
Most businesses stop after the first contact. Follow-up is the cheapest growth available to you, because you already paid to get these people.
What this helps with
- Automated follow-up that runs without you remembering
- Repeat business from customers you already have
- Getting value from the leads sitting in your inbox
What you get
- A follow-up sequence that runs on its own after somebody enquires
- Emails written in your voice, not a template with your logo dropped in
- Your existing contacts cleaned up and brought into one place
- A reason to email that is worth the reader opening it
- Sending set up properly so your messages reach inboxes rather than spam folders
- A list you own and can export, on an account in your name
Best suited to
Businesses with leads but no follow-up, and teams that need a system
How it runs
What actually happens
-
01
Find the leaks
Enquiries that were never chased, quotes that went quiet, customers who bought once two years ago. Almost every business we look at is sitting on more of these than it realises.
-
02
Set up the sending
Authentication, records and a sending domain configured properly. Skipping this is why a business emails two hundred people and hears nothing: the messages never arrived.
-
03
Write the sequence
A short run of emails that goes out after an enquiry, and a regular message to past customers. Both written to be useful rather than to shout.
-
04
Automate and watch
Once it runs by itself, the job becomes watching what gets opened, replied to and unsubscribed from, and adjusting.
What we need from you
- The contacts you already have, wherever they live: a spreadsheet, an inbox, a till system.
- Access to your domain DNS, so sending can be authenticated properly.
- A clear answer on how those contacts were collected, because we will not send to a list that was bought.
- One thing worth telling past customers about. It does not have to be an offer, it has to be worth opening.
How it is measured
- How many of your emails actually reach an inbox
- Opens and replies, with replies treated as the one that matters
- Enquiries and repeat orders that came from a follow-up
- Unsubscribes, which are a signal about the writing rather than a failure
What it costs
This is included in the monthly plans, which start at $149 a month and run to $599, or it can be bought on its own if a plan is more than you need. Every plan carries web hosting, professional email, custom domain name, ssl certificate and on-page seo. Nothing is tied to a contract, so you can stop at the end of any month and the work already paid for is finished and handed over regardless. The full breakdown, including what each tier adds, is on the pricing page.
What this is not
We will not buy or send to a list you did not collect yourself. It is illegal in most places, it destroys your ability to reach real inboxes afterwards, and it does not work.
What it works with
- Paid advertising Advertising is how you buy an enquiry. Follow-up is how you stop paying for the same person twice.
- Website design & development The enquiry form is where the list starts. If nothing is capturing contacts, there is nothing to follow up.

Common questions
Less often than you fear. For most small businesses a monthly message people are glad to get beats a weekly one they learn to ignore, and the automated follow-up after an enquiry does the heavy lifting anyway.
Not if the sending domain is set up properly, which is part of the work rather than an afterthought. A message that returns a success code has still failed if it lands nowhere, so delivery is checked rather than assumed.
Yes. The account is in your name and the list can be exported at any time. Nothing about this service depends on you being unable to leave with your own contacts.
No. Everything is month to month and you can stop at the end of any month. Work already paid for is finished and handed over either way.
Two separate things. Your ad budget is billed directly to your card by Google or Meta — it never passes through us and is never marked up. Our management fee for building and optimising the campaigns is 20% of monthly ad spend, with a $500 a month minimum spend, invoiced separately from your plan.
