Refunds & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, in plain terms.

Cancelling a monthly plan

Cancel any time, from your account area or by emailing contact@99-mph.com. There is no contract term and no notice period. Cancelling stops the next renewal — the month you have already paid for runs to its end, and you keep everything produced in it.

Cancelling a website build

Ramp is bought outright, so it has a refund window: 14 days from purchase, or until we send you the first draft — whichever comes first. After the first draft the build fee is non-refundable, because the work has been done.

Your first month on a monthly plan

If you decide within 30 days of starting a monthly plan that we are not for you, we refund that first month in full. You do not have to give a reason. Anything already produced is yours to keep.

After the first month the plans need no refund window, because there is nothing to be refunded from: they are month to month, cancelling takes effect at the end of the cycle you have already paid for, and there is no penalty.

The yearly upkeep fee

If you cancel upkeep partway through a year, we refund the unused whole months. The site stops being hosted by us at the end of the period you have paid for, and we export every page as files and hand them to you.

What is never refundable

Advertising spend already placed with Google or Meta, and domain registration fees, because that money has gone to a third party and is not ours to return.

How refunds are paid

Back to the original payment method, via Stripe, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank. We do not issue credit notes instead of refunds.

If something has gone wrong

Email us before you dispute a charge. A chargeback costs us a fee and costs you time, and in almost every case we would rather just refund you and part on good terms.
